Stated by a friend of ours that struggles with chronic mental illness. This was their response when asked a series of questions about their mental health by a flawed healthcare system.
Do not take the little things for granted. Do not forget those that are less fortunate than us. Every day people struggle to get the help they need due to the stigma that comes with treatment and admission of having an "illness," or lack of resources.
